Power and services
The kitchen-bar comes equipped with a turbofan convection oven as well as an external solid plate gas BBQ. A 190 litre bar fridge provides easy access with two sliding glass doors.
These internal appliances, as well as the hot water system and the lighting, are powered remotely by a 6.5kva generator.
Alternatively the kitchen-bar can connect directly to a 32amp plug to power the entire unit, or to a standard 10amp plug via powerboard and leads.

Water, wash-up and waste
For remote use, the kitchen-bar onboards over 100 litres of water, which via a 240v water pump, feeds a small internal laundry style sink, as well as a larger exterior double wash-up sink, both with hot / cold mixer taps.
Grey water is held in a dedicated waste water tank and can be expelled via an external macerator pump or cleared via a 30 metre grey water discharge pipe.
Alternatively the kitchen-bar can connect externally to mains water (or a rainwater system with a dedicated pump) which would provide all the water for the internal hot and cold water sinks, as well as enable access to an additional external cold water tap.

Spaces
Two entry points and an internal clearing area of 750mm, combined with heavy duty non-slip flooring and solid stainless steel benches, shelving and splashbacks, create a functional space for easy movement and streamlined preparation.
The outside of the kitchen-bar is fitted with side shade awnings, whilst the back folds down to become a solid deck with a hardwood service bar.
